The Provider offers free investment simulation tools through the website. These serve exclusively educational and informational purposes. In addition, the user may purchase paid digital reports (e.g., PDF reports) that are individually generated from the simulations. Paid services become available only after successful payment.
The Provider uses the payment processor Paddle.com Market Ltd, 70 Wilson St, London EC2A 2DB, United Kingdom ("Paddle") for all paid orders. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record, processes the payment in its own name, issues the invoice and handles statutory tax remittance. When placing an order, the Paddle Buyer Terms apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
Depending on the region, payments can be made via common credit cards, PayPal and the local payment methods provided by Paddle. Charges are made in the currency displayed during checkout. After a successful payment the user receives a download link or access to the digital report.
A 14-day refund right applies to every digital purchase processed via Paddle, counting from the purchase date. To request a withdrawal or refund, the user may follow the "View Order" link in the Paddle order confirmation email or contact [email protected], providing the order number, email address and reason for the request. After Paddle reviews the request, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method. Any digital content that has been refunded must no longer be used.
